Cherry Blossom at Jefferson Memorial   and the Tidal Basin

which is on April 10th, 1999. This March could not be held at a better time considering the exposure the Sikhs will have to the Americans who visit Washington, on this day, from all over the United States. This is the best time for us Sikhs to educate our fellow Americans and the rest of the World about our Religion, Heritage, Culture, and our quest for freedom. Come and enjoy both events in Washington DC. Every Sikh must bring his family and participate in this once in a life time event. Saffron color is the color of choice and will be the color of the March. Please come clad ( Saffron Turbans  for Males and  Saffron Dupattas for females) in Saffron.
